Jeremy Camp’s life has been a testimony of God’s faithfulness as he overcame the largest trial of his life, losing his first wife Melissa, to ovarian cancer just months after their wedding. Outlined in his book entitled I Still Believe: Discovering Hope and Healing in the Midst of Life’s Deepest Valleys, Jeremy discusses how the loss of his wife impacted him, and also how his faith has grown and impacted his music over the last ten years.

Growing up the son of a Calvary Chapel pastor, the faith of his childhood would eventually become his own. Some of his first songs, “I Still Believe” and “Walk By Faith,” instantly became fan favorites.<br>His popularity continued on during his 10-year career with BEC Records, as Jeremy has captured over 20 #1 radio hits, a Grammy nomination, and five Dove Awards.<br>In 2008, Jeremy came out with a new album that featured the title track “Speaking Louder Than Before,” as well as “There Will Be A Day,” and “No Matter What It Takes.” This series of songs have pushed Camp to take a more intentional approach to talking about faith.<br>In 2010, Jeremy released We Cry Out – The Worship Project. The songs on the album, including “The Way,” “Jesus Saves,” and “Overcome” focused on the power of Jesus’ sacrifice and creating a purely worship environment.Jeremy’s latest song “He Knows” continues to speak to all that have experienced hardship or loss, with a lyric clearly born out of both a knowledge of God in the Scriptures, and a well-tested personal faith.<br>In 2013, Jeremy was nominated for “Male Artist of the Year,” at the first ever K-LOVE fan awards. The singer also received two nominations for the 44th annual Dove Awards.
